This show only works if each and every character looks the part, at least the right ethnicity. It might be ok in some plays to use one white Italian to play a white Englishman, even when he can get the accent down, but it doesn't work in this show. The casting needs to be spot on, while the talent does not. This play relies on feeling bad for the characters at times, and being happy for them when they triumph.
