DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

IWASCAST.COM provides a simple interface for gathering and sharing information amongst Actors. Content displayed within the site is user generated.

IWASCAST.COM CONTENT

By using this site, you understand that IWASCAST.COM does not prescreen the user submitted content and cannot be held responsible for inaccurate postings. Specifically, IWASCAST.COM does not guarantee the authenticity of user-generated content. You further understand the Service provided is “AS IS” and that you should evaluate and use the content at your own discretion. You further understand that IWASCAST.COM is not liable for any loss or damage associated with the content provided.

Video Content

I was Cast does not upload, store or serve any video content. All video content is stored and served through external video providers such as YouTube and MySpaceTv. Account owners of those respective video providers are responsible for the video content they link to from IWASCast.com. IWASCast members must abide by the terms of their video hosting services and any and all state laws. Videos allowed: Any video YOU own the rights to. Some examples can include: - Backstage videos - Actor interviews - Film Reels - Cast party videos - Still shot video shows - Performance videos that YOU own the rights to OR you have sought permission for and have obtained it. What isn't allowed - Performance videos that you haven't obtained permission to use.

PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You will receive login information after successfully completing the IWASCAST.COM registration process. You are solely responsible for all content including text, images and videos submitted to IWASCAST.COM with your screen name/log in. Do not share your password with others. All postings made under your login are considered yours. Notify IWASCAST.COM immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Passwords created for use with IWASCAST.COM are encrypted for your protection. If you forget your password a new password can be sent to your email address on file.

BANNED CONTENT:

Postings that are offensive in nature and/or deemed inappropriate will be removed from the site without notice. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Obscene, vulgar language
• Content posted without obtaining permission and/or authorization that infringes on any patent, copyright or trademark
• Unauthorized advertising including junk mail, spam and pop-ups
• Postings that discriminate against any individual or group organization including gender, race, ethnicity, political view, religion, etc.
• Pornographic content including text, images or video
• Threatening or/or harassing postings against any individual, organization or business
• Content harmful to minors is not allowed! All content must be appropriate for a general audience.

BANNED CONDUCT:

• You may not use IWASCAST.COM or it’s services for illegal purposes
• You may not modify or hack the web site in any way
• Spamming is NOT allowed
• You may not impersonate another person or entity
• Postings that invade other’s privacy are not allowed unless permission has been granted
• You may not submit false postings and/or misleading headers to manipulate visitors
• You may not transmit worms or viruses to iwascast.com or its users
• Screen scraping and robots are not permitted .

IWASCAST.COM PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us! You may visit IWASCAST.COM and view content without providing any personal information whatsoever. If you wish to post content, a valid email address and some basic information is required:

All required information will be used to help advertise YOU on the IWASCAST.COM web site. Rest assured that IWASCAST.COM will not sell or re-distribute personal information collected on the site.

TERMINATION

IWASCAST.COM reserves the right to delete listings that are falsely submitted, offensive in nature or copyright infringing without notification. Postings that are in violation of any of the Terms of Service will be terminated for the protection of IWASCAST.COM and its users. Repeat offences will result in account suspension without exception.

WARRANTIES

IWASCAST.COM does not warranty user-generated content. Each user is solely responsible for the content supplied.
